Terrible service. I called at 7 AM this morning for a tow and I was told my tow truck would be at my house for 9:53 AM and that was fine. Although at 9:52 AM I received a call from the company expecting them to ask where my car was located instead the driver asked "did I still need a tow" my response was "yes" and she responded "well were running a little late it'll be about another 30 to 40 minutes." My tow truck arrived at 10:40 and the driver was on the phone the entire time complaining. Due to the fact that my front tire was flat she couldn't really get my car where it needed to be so she asked "was I in a rush?" because she already had a Tahoe on the back of the tow truck so she had to pull my car. I have used multiple towing companies this has by far been my worst experience.
The worst ever !!! They didn’t following the instructions the insurance company provide and left the company without contact me. The insurance company had to send someone else out. Just rude and insensitive. I filed a report with the insurance company.
I had the good fortune to have Daigle's crew tow my disabled car to a shop today. They were friendly and very quick. We followed them to the shop, fell behind one light cycle on the way, and they were unloaded before we got there! I would have no hesitation to use them again.
I used road side assistance and my insurance provider sent Daigle's to assist me. The technician Johnathan was prompt and courteous and had my tire changed in 10 minutes in the pouring rain on the side of a hwy. I didnhave to wait an hour but that's how long the drive was from his location to mine. I would not hesitate to use them again, hopefully I don't need too.
Omg The worst experience. The company sent a fowl mouth, unstable driver. Tow driver said, the man with the keys needs to have his A-- there waiting behind the car. I said, excuse me, there is no need to talk to me like that. Then he was like mumbling on phone, having a conversation with himself. He arrived and I had an open 4-car driveway. He slung the car off the car, it rolling back scrapping and cable grabbed car free rolling off tilted bed, missing my home by 3' before cable grabbed and jerked car. He knew car had no brakes. He mentioned it, before I had a chance to tell him. I told him he could park it on right half of driveway, he left it in the grass. I asked him, to please not park it in the grass. He said that it was my problem. I sent pics to company, they lied to State Farm, despite having pics about the car in the grass. State Farm is sending a preferred tow company to move car off the grass. This company is a joke, they will lie, they have no respect for your property or their customers. Not only that, the tow truck driver got into his truck and threatened to run over my service dog.
